Bord Gáis Energy Ladies NFL Division 2 Semi Final – Galway 3-6 Clare 1-10

Galway defeated Clare by 3-6 to 1-10 in the Bord Gáis Energy Ladies NFL Division 2 Semi Final on Sunday at Banagher.

Gillian Joyce scored a late goal to seal a 3-6 to 1-10 victory over Clare.  At half-time, Clare led by 1-8 to 2-1 but Noelle Comyn’s Banner County had played with a strong first half breeze and were undone by a spirited Galway fightback.
